You’ll transfer your data to Illoominus and then we’ll upload it for you into the platform. There is no need to pre-clean your data, but make sure you provide the fields in the samples below and an equivalence table so we can map your field name to ours.

Helpful tips:

• If you are sending csv/flat files: to send your data to upload into the Illoominus platform, we ask that you either send this data encrypted via email (password protected Zip file) or you use a tool that securely transfers data (this could be Box, WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive).

• Data should be encrypted without Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on the customer side and will be transferred encrypted to Illoominus. This satisfies the encryption in transit and encryption at rest requirement. As a reminder, if you include PII, we will tell you and then delete it.

• When we say, “do not include PII”, we ask you don’t include the following data points:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Physical Address
  • SSN
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address
